What is Africa check?

this is regarded as a philosophy of NON FACT CHECKING organization that was set up in 2012 to promote accuracy in public debate media that covers the continent The goal of this organization is to raise the quality of information available to different societies across the globe.

BACKGROUND?

This organization was founded in 2012 to sort and checks important friction by identifying important public statements, interrogating the best available evidence and publishing FACT CHECKING REPORTS.

Fact check is defined as the philosophy that requires per individual to fact check their views, opinions and perspectives before any distribution / broadcast. By fact checking if whether the information that is about to be published is verified and copyrighted and prioritized at all times.

Nevertheless, opinions cannot  be fact checked but claims can be in a way that above two/more people claim something to be legit and making sense. As for an individual to make sure their work is legit, they need to identify the original sources and verify the content. By verifying the content and identifying the original sources makes everything looks smooth and legit.

The organization AFRICA CHECK plays a significant role in the media because it allows people to identify between media that is false written and media messages that are crafted legit and with the purpose of teaching the culture more about categorizing between cohesive and work that is crafted for the use of fame and posting unrealistic things.

INFORMATION THAT CAN SHOW THAT THE INFORMATION CRAFTED OS FALSE INCUDE:

1.Try to find out where was the photo or video taken?

2. When was it taken?

3. What really happened and who took the photo or a video?

HERE ARE SOME WAYS OF KEEPING YOUR YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE:

1. Create strong passwords

2. legitimate institutions will not ask your personal information over the phone

3. Be cautious when throwing away personal documents and some other receipts

4. Avoid carrying too many credit and debit cards

For a verified work, you  need to look carefully on when and why was the information tabulated. Fact checked media messages makes it easier for consumers to foresee if whether the work is credible or not and how can they change and report all that to  be something credible and useful.

As a producer make it a point at all times that the work is checked and verified before any publication and as for consumers, they need to make it a point that the work crafted shows who tabulated the message and to what extent does they want to reveal.
